Citrulline works by reducing the buildup of ammonia in your muscles whilst Beta-Alanine, the precursor to Carnosine, helps to buffer acidity/pH changes within muscle tissue. Industry leading doses of 3,000mgs of Citrulline Malate and 1800mgs Beta-Alanine are found in just 2 scoops of Performance Matrix.

Increasing Strength
The best Creatine in the World; by combining the latest German Creatine technology we offer a “CREAPURE only” solution of 5,000mg per serving for your goals in strength and building muscle. Increasing the “PUMP”
The “PUMP” experienced when lifting weights can be increased by elevating levels of Nitric Oxide in your body. The accepted method is by elevating levels of Arginine in your body. A recent scientific study proves that the fastest and most effective method is by taking the Arginine pre-cursor Citrulline and not Arginine AKG. This is because the Arginine is not metabolized effectively and results in lower increases in blood Arginine levels compared to Citrulline. 1 – All fully completed surveys submitted by the close date (see 2 below) will be entered in the free prize draw.

2 – Closing date for the submission of completed survey forms is 31^st August 2010.

3 – This is an on-line survey only. No hard copy alternative is available.

4 – 15 prizes each consisting of an 800g Tub of Performance Matrix have been kindly donated by Reflex Nutrition.

5 – Winners will be chosen at random by Weider Publishing Ltd office staff within 7 days of the survey/prize draw close date. (16^th August 2010).

6 – Employees of Weider Publishing Ltd and Reflex Nutrition are not eligible to enter.

7 - 15 lucky prize winners will be notified by e-mail and prize delivery arrangements will be made using the address given. Please note that if the e-mail address given proves to be invalid the prize will be allocated to another survey respondent drawn at random.

8 – No cash equivalent is available.
